Silagra is an oral medicine for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. It is available in pill form and each pill is film-coated. The active component Sildenafil 100mg acts similar to the brand-name drug by relaxing smooth muscles of genitals and causing an erection. Silagra 100 mg produced by an Indian pharmaceutical company Cipla Ltd.
The drug belongs to a group of PDE type-5 and works only in case of sexual stimulation. The blood actively begins to rush to the penis, causing an erection. The drug is taken as needed: do not take more than 1 pill daily. Alcoholic beverages and fatty food in large quantities can reduce the effect.
Take medication in 30-60 minutes before intercourse with a glass of water. The recommended daily dosage is 100 mg - 1 tablet. Depending on tolerability, the dosage may be reduced to 25 mg, but it is better to start with dosage 50 mg. Silagra works up to 5 hours. Store it at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C.
Following health conditions are contraindicated for taking Silagra 100mg pill: vision problems, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, kidney/liver disease, allergic reaction to Sildenafil, history of heart attack.
Silagra may interact with some particular medications. Pay attention to the list of these medications and consult your doctor before taking Silagra pill.

- rifampin;
- erythromycin;
- cisapride;

- methscopolamine nitrate;
- nitroprusside;
The intake of Silagra may cause some side effects:  flushing, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, changes in hearing/vision, headache, allergic reactions, breathing problems, painful erection, seizures, diarrhea, runny nose, diarrhea, runny nose, indigestion.
It is not recommended to take by children, woman and patients under 18 years.
